The B & B Val di Vara is in the village of Rocchetta di Vara, less than 5 minutes from the motorway A12 exit of Brugnato (SP) and is in an excellent position to reach some of the most attractive and noted tourist locations in the region of Liguria.
A few km's by car takes you to the coast of Fiascherino, Tellaro, Lerici and the beaches of S. Terenzo and Portovenere.

In less than 30 minutes you can reach the Cinque Terre with their unique villages and scenery of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza e Monterosso. In less than an hour you can be at important towns such as Parma, Pisa, Genoa and Florence.
Last but not least, we suggest you make a stop to admire the Lunigiana which is very interesting and rich with culture where the past is lived in the present: Pontremoli, Bagnone, Filattiera, Villafranca, Fivizzano,
Aulla with its castles and walled villages, churches , abbeys and stele statues will let you touch the history, culture art and ethnography of this unique territory.

If you like trekking, nearby are the C.A.I. Paths that cover the valley of Vara (i.e. The high road in the Ligurian mountains or the salt track) which will surely give you unforgettable emotions.
